Helena is our head of property management. Alliance London benefits from her wide experience in real estate and financial markets, both in London and Singapore.  Before working in real estate, she was formally a stockbroker with a variety of internationally recognised institutions including HSBC and Deutsche Bank.

Helena has a great understanding of the London property market from advising on acquisitions all the way through to portfolio management.  She also understands real estate investments within the context of different investment asset classes and macro-outlook.

In addition to her sparkling career, Helena has an impressive academic track record with a degree in economics from the National University of Singapore, additional qualifications in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Imperial College and Stanford University.

Helena is expertly placed to deal directly with our overseas investment clients and speaks Mandarin and several Chinese dialects.
