After gaining a Finance degree at Birmingham University, Chris then went on to qualify as an accountant working in the investment banking sector. Throughout his banking career Chris worked at several well regarded institutions and in a variety of senior roles, where he specialised in Treasury and Wholesale Markets. This required knowledge and understanding of a whole range of financial products from complex derivatives to debt and capital markets. 

Working and living in the City and Canary Wharf since 1996 led to a passion for property development and investment.  After retiring from Banking at the ripe old age of 40, it was then only a matter of time before the challenge of starting a cutting-edge property company pulled him back from travelling the world!

Chris now overseas all Finance aspects of the business from the client accounts to regulatory reporting requirements.
